Refund policy
At Arabic Attarwala, we take pride in delivering authentic and high-quality perfumes. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and trustworthy.
1. Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and attars (personal use items), we can only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at support@arabicattarwala.in.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Used or opened perfume bottles and attars.

Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts (unless defective).

Gift cards or digital products.
