Refund policy

At Arabic Attarwala, we take pride in delivering authentic and high-quality perfumes. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and trustworthy.


1. Returns

  • Due to the nature of perfumes and attars (personal use items), we can only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at support@arabicattarwala.in.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened perfume bottles and attars.

  • Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts (unless defective).

  • Gift cards or digital products.
